Blockchain behemoth Ripple is undergoing a major recruitment drive, strategically focusing on enhancing its Canadian workforce.
The company recently established its first Canadian office in Toronto and is actively seeking diverse talent for its expanding team. They are specifically looking to fill roles such as Principal Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, and various managerial positions.
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has revealed that their hiring strategy for this year is to allocate 80% of their efforts to markets outside the U.S. However, there are still a few job postings in San Francisco and New York.
The company is also open to hiring interns and individuals with expertise in cloud network architecture and IT systems engineering. Roles related to RippleNet Payments and technical program management are also available.
