Mainstream crypto trading platform Huobi Global has recently undergone a comprehensive rebranding and is now known as HTX. This move comes after serving customers worldwide for a decade, with the aim of establishing a fresh identity for the firm. As part of the rebranding, Huobi Global has renamed its social media handles and some of its products to feature the new name, HTX. The rebranding is believed to provide the platform with increased visibility and a unique resemblance to both the Huobi and Tron brands.

The new name, HTX, has deep significance. The 'H' signifies Huobi, while 'T' represents TRON, as the platform is fully committed to TRON. The 'X' stands for e(x)change, emphasizing its role as a trading platform. The rebranding has been meticulously thought out under the leadership of founder Justin Sun, aligning with the company's vision.

With this rebranding, Huobi aims to leave behind the controversies that plagued its former brand. HTX seeks to rebuild its reputation and regain its market share in the face of regulatory challenges faced by other leading competitors such as Coinbase and Binance. Huobi's support for altcoins like Shiba Inu (SHIB), XRP, and Cardano (ADA) is expected to deepen as part of its new identity.
