The crypto influencer has filed a lawsuit against the individuals who removed him from his media brand and its parent company. The lawsuit was initially filed on August 30 and then retracted, but it has since been refiled on Tuesday, September 12.
According to a Hit Network employee, Armstrong, the influencer, retracted the original lawsuit. However, when Armstrong was contacted for comment, he confirmed that he has filed the lawsuit again.
Shedd, the defendant, has not responded to previous requests for comment.
